Does anyone know if these flavor changes are just the beginning of what could be coming later this summer?

What exactly are you referring to Pat?  I know we've heard the rumor of a graphics update this summer, but I don't know if the flavors have anything to do with that. Could be wrong though

If you read Frank Batton's book, you might recall that NBC was interested in purchasing TWC in the mid 80s. TWC, however, wisely turned them down b/c they didn't agree with NBC's ideas for the channel. Now here we are with NBC having complete control over TWC. I don't have any proof, but I really believe that changes like this will continue. NBC "laid off" a bunch of people, so they could hire their own. And as for future programming changes, watch MSNBC to get an idea. I imagine that's where TWC is headed. "Personality" driven shows and long-form programming that has nothing to do with weather.

I read that book, and he was right 
MSNBC is such an abject failure...you know that when you hear people who helped jumpstart it say "If I knew what I know now I never would've jumped onto the movement." TWC is heading down the same road I believe, driven by NBC it can only lead into nothingness...and as for A&B, someone talking about it being up in the air, I found an image, which is shown in another thread, or Steph and Mike in front of a YWT graphic background. So I'm led to assume that they will take over the morning YWT shift...in that case, I can now call YWT dead, as its style has changed completely

Let it dry AT LEAST 4 days, and it should work.

How should i let it dry?

Uhh..Put it in air?

I mean like What parts should i take out, should it be open or closed, etc.

If it penetrated too far you may not be able to, but it's worth a shot....try and open it up so that the components that got wet can dry...another trick, surround it with dry rice....it'll suck the moisture up....good luck

There's reason to believe the right panel on the video wall is about to go... It's darker than the rest of the wall, to the point where it's near impossible to read what's on the right side of the wall... the Center panel fades, which could signify it could be going soon also. Green Screens soon anyone?

The Now/Current Conditions for the area at the beginning of Local on the 8's is no longer available on IntelliStar. This is the first time since WeatherStar 4000 way back in the 90s that the Regional Conditions start and Latest Observations start beginning to appear at the beginning of the Local Forecast for the first time. Although, you can still use the WeatherStar 4000 Emulator on Computer to look at the Current Conditions segment.

Pat is this a confirmed fact? If it is I'm gonna be reaaaaaaaaaaaaaly pissed

Jen has filled in YWT before when she worked as a separate travel anchor, so nothing too unusual.
