You know what, I have a feeling that the in-house STARs might actually be displayed not only in that room, but also on the monitors next to the Global Forecast Center. Back when the Plasma screen used to be by the GFC, they went to that shot right after an LF, and I could've sworn I saw a 4000 running on one of the monitors. That would also explain monitors lag behind the others; perhaps the feed is delayed by a few seconds on certain STARs?
In the control room today, thinking hard about what I was doing for lunch... and I realised something... The delay you are seeing is the delay between once the camera captures the video, the video goes through the control room, through a video processor, thru master and out to engineering and split off to those monitors. (Those monitors are the final product screen, what ever is on TWC is on that screen.) Hope that helps :P

He has a very distinctive style of playing LF music when they come back from break and go to break, in addition to using non-standard transitional effects; Adam Berg and Bob Stokes (when he was still at TWC) have identified him for us in the past...
You may be right about that, however I want you to know that everything that takes place in master, no matter what the event, let it be a music change, element change, missing music, missing lower third, extra lower third, missing bug, anything that doesnt go to the preset schedule at all must be logged, which is a pain in the ass meaning almost all MCO's must stick to the schedule set by the Traffic Coordinator (Karen Frederick) she plans everything from which commercials will play back to which music, bugs, and elements are used. These are usually schedule a week in advance. This meaning, it could really be anyone.

Well, EEWC, presumably the last show from 1B, is on the air now with Cheryl Lemke as OCM with the great Dwight Milliner in Master Control, who introduced the show with that violin-sounding song from the current playlist. Is that a Bradley Joseph song?
How do you know Dwight is in master tonight, did they mention it once tonight?

So I won't be on much for the next week, if at all.. I will be spending the week in a 2.5 million dollar hotel room for two! Anyone want to take a guess as to how this will work? :P

Where is that?

We've got Hockey games all week, looks like I'll be sleepin in the mobile all week, it will take way to long to go home then to the mobile... The truck is worth (we bought it for) $2.5 million.
