I'll ask questions in other forums from now on. You people are anything but helpful <_<

EDIT: All I asked was a question, and you took advantage of it and turned it into some joke.
Victor, do what you want.. Bottom line you have asked us many times here, many, many times how to do this. We have all shared how we do it, and nothing works for you becuase oh I don't know, your camera doesnt have a lens, or your neighbours TV isn't set to the right channel. We have done all that we can to help you, and have given you working solutions to your problem.

TWC and your Cable Company / Re: Low Color
« on: April 27, 2008, 12:30:26 AM »
I've noticed that TWC is low color or no color. Is this just me or the whole TWC Today Community?
This would be just you. However "low color" isn't a technical term. What exactly are you seeing, or there-for lack of?

Is EEWC full controlled tonight? Mike just talked over the Weekly Planner opener. I didn't know master control had the capability of OCM's talking over openers.
Master has the ability to do that.

How many times are you going to ask this question?  <_<
I was thinking that too when I saw this today...

Ok. I set up a new format, from now on when i'm uploading multiple clips, i'll use Alex's method.

I'll combine the lf clips into one 10 minute clip and hopefully this save bandwidth space.

That's a very poor idea.
Then what is a good idea then?
The flat based taco shell?

Actually, the software costs $4,995.00 but the software is 100% useless with out the Avid hardware that comes with it, which costs $25,950.00. :) In the end, Avid Media Composer, full costs about $30,000.

Sometimes the camera needs to be plugged in before you turn your camera on, I've noticed this at work quite a bit, gets very annoying.

I use Avid Media Composer to capture my videos.

If the Lower Thirds did the wipe / erase and redraw its from the control room. I know for a fact that master control switcher can't do that. :P

BTW: For future reference, you can post things like this in the General TWC Discussion.

A stinger is basically a short 5 second (or short in general) burst of the main chord / rhythm.

I thought I did read somewhere that they'll still have a key wall in there and that "viewers won't be able to tell the difference" between the usage of the key wall and the projectors.
This is true, however the chroma will only be used if the projectors fail. The key walls will be off set anyways, hence only used in the worst of times.

For those who might be interested, Forecast Earth will be replacing Storm Stories on Tuesday (Earth Day) at 2:00pm.  This probably will be a repeat of the episode from this weekend.

I don't mind this, as I personally think Forecast Earth could be a very good talk show-esque program that could air at that time...maybe a forecast at the top and bottom of the hours, and climate-related talk during the rest of the time.  Keep the Locals and I think we've got something.

You know, I was thinking the same thing about FE early today when I had TWC on during some storms that rolled through here. I thought "You know, this is a decent show. And it would make a great weekday afternoon talk show type thing, sort of TWC's answer to the likes of Dr. Phil, Ellen, Oprah, etc.".  :sunglasses:
Dr. Phil: "You need to realise that when you send that funnel of yours through houses, you ruin lives! Alright, when we come back, we'll be talking to this funnel clouds wife... We'll be right back..." :P
