Here is what I have for recording:

Here is what I can record with it:

Rec Rate	How long I can record for:
8 Mb/sec	1,000 Hours
12 Mb/sec	700 Hours
25 Mb/sec	350 Hours
50 Mb/sec	175 Hours

At 8mb a second (1000 hours) I can record something for 41 days, and have a 41 day recording of something.. Usefull for recording TWC

Wouldn't it cost less for normal people to use a DVR for that purpose?

DVR's work, but you usualy have to get them from your satellite / cable provider.

I on the other hand have a DDR which records anything you plug in to it.

No, they do not have The Weather Channel in Windsor, how ever they do have The Weather Network. If you come up during severe weather, you might see some of my stuff on air!

So press.weather.com has been fixed. It was actually fixed 2 nights ago. I haven't heard anything as to what happend or anything else about it. I will go in to the FTP logs tonight and see whats juicy!

Victor, you would have to take the bus as I don't think Cabs will go across the border from the US in to Canada.
