While I agree that the header for the new ones look better, I still have major problems with all of the 7-day forecast graphics.  Seeing the temperatures flash up on each day and having all the tiled maps to the sides really jumbles up the entire presentation of that segment for me.  I wish they wouldn't have canned the whole concept of the simpler Weekly Planner graphics.

Viz requires a lot of rendering of those graphics and have to be updated manually (clicking a button ) from what I've seen. It just came down to choosing one graphics software and time for the mets making their presentations. I do agree, the old Weekly Planner did look better. The current 7Day boxes are a bit too big, IMO.

Anyone know why they are using an odd OCM schedule for Weather Center Live tonight?

7pm Paul Goodloe & Kim Cunningham
10pm Chris Warren & Crystal Egger
1am Paul Goodloe & Kim Cunningham

Is this a test that might become a permanent change or just a change in schedule due to something else?

To be honest, I would rather see Paul and Kim on "early" Weather Center than Chris and Crystal. I miss the old days when Paul and Alex did EE together.

I agree strongly. Kelly Cass should be on it more often, too, but she has her weekend nights I guess.
