Okay, this is very contradicting.. but why is a FOX show being advertised during LOT8s on TWC, an NBC network?!What show?

Did they ever give you the option to upgrade your harddrive when they did the service?No, they gave me a standard hard drive at that time although it did have more space than the one that failed. You would have to make a purchase for an upgrade. I know Craig and others tried to help you, but since you're still having issues, I'd at least ask technical support to see if they can think of something that we didn't.

It is under warranty for 3 more years and I'm pretty sure they won't do anything about it.You're kidding.When my hard drive failed on an older Dell laptop years ago, they replaced it for me at no charge and helped me through the installation process over the phone. You ought to at least try to use your warranty if you have it.

It would be a lot easier to make a change if you're covered.
