Only if your name is Mr. Wong.

How does the moon illuminate so brightly on clear nights?

Since they do format taped programming for the LDL is really is no need to put programming in a smaller box as I doubt the scroll takes up much more space..
Not to mention the areas effected by the storm are already getting the NWS alert scroll in the LDL area.
I agree with this for the most part, but you have to remember that some programming where the audio (Coast Guard Alaska) when people are speaking isn't audible and you have the subtitles at the bottom.

Sample Coastal Graphics :
Great looking map. Did you get them from a GIS software or from another source? I'd like to have some like this if they're available to the public.

This is just one reason why I don't think National weather coverage is suitable for the average household. Citizens want to know whats going on at their local level and when they'll see rain on their doorstep. TWC simply cannot fulfill this level of detail and its something that will forever have them making graphics like this. If they can't get the level of detail required, why try to make it legible? Why not just make it spiffy with shinny graphics and 3D studios? If you can't beat local, why try?

67° and Overcast.

We've had nearly 5 inches of rain since Sunday.

I don't like the updated 7 Day Forecast graphics.
The whole fake CGI wall with the lights at the bottom is cheesy and the angle of the map is annoying as is that light flare on the top left. The ocean color is creepy.

I actually like this, however, there are some things I'd do differently.

Very cool designs, Wachi! Did you make the 3D background in the 7-Day forecast above?

53° Sunny. The week ahead looks very wet. All days carry a POP of at least 60%. Rainfally may total 2-4inches by the weekend.
