A fine 79° w/ the Sun setting and a few debris cloud from convection. I cannot believe it's 8:20 and it's pretty much dark outside. I am not looking forward to these shorter days ahead, but there is nothing I can do about it.

Even though it's not a news channel, here is my absolute favorite. Science Channel's 2011 rebranding. My favorite part is the morphing logo and the chime at the end. It just makes the channel that much more awesome.

72.4° w/Partly Cloudy conditions, I think. Giving your own sky obs at night is hard when you can't see much.

I don't mind her on air, she seems very professional. However, am I the only one who gets a little mad on the inside when someone just switches to a TV Network and 'acts' meteorologist when they've never done it in their life or have a degree? Or if they just switch to a news anchor job if offered it from being a meteorologist? To me people like that seem to carry an a sign that says 'I'm fake' and are willing to jump ship and abandon weather at anytime. It's just a bit depressing and angry that they can do that. I guess I'm the only one, though.

One thing that might be a concern for some markets is cost. WXC's cost of their graphics system was much lower than Tru Vu MAX, so I've heard. Interesting to see what develops from this!
