I hope she truly wasn't let go. I think she might still be @ twc but had something happen preventing her from working on air since Chrystal Egger said she was just filling in for a while(read somewhere on this forum).

Where do you get your basemaps from (Google Earth, Virtual Earth...)?

I get them from http://www.stormpulse.com/fullscreen/current and in powerpoint 2010 use the background removal feature.
