Haven't heard it in more than a year.
If this is all true, I found it extremely interesting this evening (not knowing that this is her last shift), she was supposed to do one of those "quick update on the 30/00" and she was ready to go and ON CAMERA......except the entire set was dark! You could barely see her on the right side of the screen for about five seconds as she read the teleprompter.....and then POOF....satellite local forecast and Mr. Starks until the next prgram started.Yeah, that is on the blooper thread, and when they do the weather, they don't read a teleprompter since all they have to remember is their name and when to do things. If you see Accu-weather on the other hand, some of their mets need a teleprompter for their names.

What happened:
The local forecast ended.
It was time for a weather update, but obviously they weren't ready. The lights were off and nothing was being keyed out.
They then abruptly cut off Nichole (who was talking like nothing happened) and went to Trammell.
Trammell lasted about 15 seconds, before going to Cantore Stories.
Oh, well the cue from lo8s to the camera lasted for about long enough for her to say "Hi, I'm meteorologist Nicole Mitchell, then it went back to lo8s.Anyone notice that thing that happened on the SD feed at 9:29 pm Eastern? The local on the 8s went to the usual last part (west coast radar) then Nicole in front of the Greenscreen and looked like the lights were off in the studio, then it went to back to the 3day local on the 8s forecast. That was really strange since the lights were off.I didn't see that.
Also, a few weeks ago, the SD national LDL failed to cue.
Isn't tonight her last show.Nicole Mitchell recently graduated from law school, so when she finds a job, she'll quit on her own at TWC, IMO.Im glad he does....I wander who TWC will cut next? Hopefully no one

Nobody knows, but it's a possibility.
I hope she doesn't go, and decides to stay. She is one of my favorite mets.
