so far for over 19 hours My IntelliSTAR LDL worked during the normal programming while my TV is black then only a local commerical package works on my tv before the LOT 8's and stays black until the local commercials come back on 10 mins later TWC should know something is wrong by now  i cant stand THIS

well i guess i can't listen to any music because every time my I-Star tries to come on it shows the traffic pulse logo then goes black for about most of the LF then goes to satellite SD feed for ten seconds then stays black for 6 mins then shows one commercial then repeats the process since 1:56pm EDT

I called the weatherSTAR team 2hr ago about my star problem and still no action has been taken also is anyone watching X-Games?

Did someone answer when you called or did it go to an answering machine?

Answering machine and i left a message plus i might try again tomorrow but i know they won't answer

since about 1:56pm EDT the Weather Channel Feed has been Going black and is trying to recover the picture back but then seconds later my tv turns black again  I'm surprised they didn't put the emergency feed on yet

I'm seeing TWC just fine. It's an issue at your cable company, most likely.

Stephen, Mike Siedel Said the heat and humidity is affecting their systems so that's most likely the problem with my IntelliSTAR
