Ha-ha, I'm so glad they actually chose to answer it. I asked it a day or so before they answered it on the show, so I didn't think they would. I really like the segment, and I wish it wasn't so rushed because of the top 5 videos of the day. They could answer so many more questions.

I'm not quite sure what you mean, as Lightning Rod has been doing their "Ranting & Raining" segment for a while now. If you mean new segments, then that would be nice.

Again, with the whole money issue, I'm really shocked the Cox headends in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, already have the IS 2. Seems like pretty random and small metros to actually need The STARS so early, if at all. I'm surprised the cable providers requested it. Nevertheless, I enjoy seeing it on a daily basis. I like how crystal clear the old IS icons look--they're very easy to differentiate on my T.V. Again, I'll get some clips up in better quality when I get the chance. I'm so dang lazy sometimes.  :P

I'm so happy for the miners and their families. I can't even fathom being in a dark mine for two months. I bet they've grown a lot as people after this experience--realizing the importance of love, family, and friends. I've been watching the coverage on TWC and the news all day. One thing that looks so unpleasant is that tiny cage they have to ride in to get out (I'm pretty claustrophobic), but  the ultimate result of putting up with the claustrophobia is definitely worthwhile.

Wow, that's really funny.  :) Actually, that was a big fail on my part; I meant to make the image play on my signature, and I didn't realize it didn't work until you said that.

Wow, that's very cold for Florida. I really hope they don't experience another frigid winter like last year. I like my OJ reasonably priced, thank you.

Unfortunately, I had a feeling that she was let go when Crystal showed up on Weather Center. That's too bad--I really liked her, and many of you guys did too. As long as she can find work somewhere else--which I'm almost certain she will--that's all that really matters. I'll miss her though.

Yay! The Pot Belly Stove is open! I'm only a week and a half late, but I like the change--it means cooler weather.

Karl with a "K" is a cool name. I didn't even know it was an official name, but it's awesome. Anyway, it doesn't look like either of these three storms will directly impact the U.S. However, I have a feeling there will be a few drownings at the beaches, because there's always going to be a person who doesn't pay attention to the warnings.

No problem! I'll be in Lafayette for a few more days, and I think my grandparents' DVD player is a recorder too, so I might be able to get a clip in better quality. I plan on uploading another clip with the marine forecast up also. I'm surprised that the HD STAR wound up in the middle of Louisiana so early. I really wasn't expecting that at all, so that sure was an awesome surprise to see.

Thanks, Zach! Wow, I am so naïve.

I do have a tuner, but I didn't bring it with me. And whenever I try to record something in HD, it turns black and white for some reason.

Here's a clip I was able to get up. The marine forecast didn't show up here because of all the bad weather, but I hope you guys enjoy!

HD Local Forecast (IntelliStar 2) Lafayette, LA

Ugh, sorry. I don't know how to embed videos here properly.  :censored:

My parents were the same way with me. Even though my parents said they wanted me to be happy, I didn't think they actually meant it. But now that I'm older, I do see that that was their intention, but the way they went about it by being strict and all (along with other clearly wacko issues) didn't make me happy at the time either. A thing that helped me out a lot was by being out of the house whether it was just in the backyard, at a friend's house, the library, or at a job. Now that you're 16, you may want to get a part time over the summer and earn some dough and spend some time away from them (if you still feel the same way, of course). A thing that I didn't do enough was being honest my parents. I'd let them know how you feel and that you feel like you don't get enough of a say in things. You're 16 now, and I think I'd remind them that too. I'm pretty bad at explaining things, but I just thought I'd try to help a little since I know when I've had those times too.

Wait, is the IS 2 out in other places other than Nashville? I'm seeing it right in front of me in Louisiana. I'll get some pics up later.

I've always wanted to know how fluent in Spanish you are, Ana. I wish I would've taken four years of Spanish, because it's going to be a language that I might actually use one day.

Oh, and by the way, I thought your current city was "Hotville." I see it's Holtville now, but I thought it was a joke at first. The name suits the place well though.  :P
