Have fun in Michigan! Maybe you'll see an XL if you're lucky.

On the contrary, I would actually love to live in Dallas. So many things to do, so many major league sports, Dirk Nowitzki, and the nice weather that would come...eventually. But I would hate living there in the summer, too. It's warmer at night than near the Gulf of Mexico, and it is surprisingly humid there too.

I get an interesting screen on my IS2 today:

If this was mentioned somewhere already, then I apologize. Didn't see anything, though.

Welcome back, Patrick! :) That's some crazy weather, I tell you what.

Today, I could've sworn lightning hit my house. Things were quieting down, and I just woke up from my nap when I heard the loudest bang of my life that sounded like a bomb or gunshot. I couldn't see any place where the lightning hit, but my neighbors were talking about how loud it was when I walked around after.

Happy birthday! :)

I almost always pick songs no one else does or rank songs much higher or lower than other people, which makes me wonder if I'm just that weird. :hmm:  Any thoughts on my list?

No, I like your list a lot. I actually prefer to be an oddball and go against what the majority thinks. I like being unique that way.

My favorites for morning: "Cafe Carnival (Sax in Sun Remix)," "Moment of Truth" by Paul Taylor, and "Jung at Heart."

Daytime: Both by Craig Chaquico--"Afterglow" and "Tribal Runner."

Primetime: "Supernova" by Ryan Farish, "South Michigan Avenue" by Kenny Kilgore, "No More Sages" by Maserati, and "Under the Umbrella" by Thomas Newnan when it's not overplayed.

Overnight: I'm never up that late, so I didn't hear those songs enough.  :P

That's exactly what the IS looked like where I stayed. I had cable!  Thanks for the link to the video, though.

Well, I guess it helps to not go on a Saturday afternoon. Also, it was raining when we went, so it was a terrible experience getting there. Glad you got to see that lightning show without getting hurt. :)

Unfortunately the link to your video seems to be broken. :(

I just wanted to tell you that I'm back from my vacation in Gulf Shores. Very nice beaches! However, the ads about no more oil are definitely working; I sat in traffic for 4 hours from downtown Mobile to Gulf Shores. What should have been a 6 hour trip was 10.  :censored: And on my way home, I-10 at Pascagoula was completely shut down because of a truck fire, so highway 90 was a slow crawl for about an hour. Just glad to be back home (and did I mention I hate traffic :P).

Congrats! Walk in there with a smile on your face because this is what all those years of those metal squares were for. Just make sure you wear your retainer when you're supposed to. I didn't, and my teeth shifted a bit, but still pretty straight to me.

Do any of you look at the license plates around you when you drive? I literally saw some fifteen to twenty Texas plates in a row just on my way to the grocery store. I know Texas is big enough to be its own country, but I've never seen so many in one sitting in Louisiana.

Ha ha, I think that would be a slight insult to Heather. I'm very impressed at how Heather never seems to age a day.

I actually thought the stream was all right. Definitely got some work to do, but not a bad effort.

Both are pretty bad, but I would rather fire. Flooding has sort of scarred me for life.

Would you rather have a really nice, new car and be sad or take the bus and be happy?

It is? It doesn't sound like one at all, or maybe I just really don't know my holiday music...lol. I actually thought it was one of the only songs that wasn't Christmas-ish on the list. Nevertheless, I like it anyway, ha ha.

Ah, if I could make my own playlist... (All the songs I would use would be songs played within the last few years. That's when I first got interested in the name behind the song.)

Morning:
"Lookin' Good" by Ursula Susana Pacheco
"Listening Pleasure" by Eldredge Jackson
"Fascination" by Jay Soto
"Bouncin' Back" by Mark Barrios
"Above the Clouds" by Chris Geith
"Milk and Honey" by Travis Bridges
"Mountain Fall" by Jim Couchenour
"Arrival of Spring" by Ryan Farish
"Walk Don't Run" the Ventures
"Can We Trust" by Jeanne Ricks

Daytime:
"Happy Thoughts" Coleman and Brown
"Winding Down" by Josh Harris
"Physical Therapy" by Physical Therapy
"Club Street" by Les Saber
"Together We Will Conquer" by Ryan Farish
"Beneath the Moonlit Sky" by Dave Koz
"January Day" Steve Glotzer
"Locomotion" by James Brown
"Fun in the Sun" by Steve Oliver
"Like Magic" by Ursula Susana Pacheco

Primetime
"Unbitten" Beach Street Music
"Oasis" by Ryan Farish
"Along the Way" by Brian Hughes
"Born 2 Groove" Euge Groove
"WC147" Beach Street Music
"Yet Unknown" by Trance Fury
"Indian Summer" by Ryan Farish
"Everything She Wants" by Eric Marienthal
"Night Wind" by Ryan Farish
"Clea's Day" by Jeanne Ricks
"Early Evening" CC Gilmore

Overnight
"Above the Clouds" by Kenny Brooks
"Waterdrops" by Kenny Marcus
"Fly Away" by Trance Fury
"It's Time to Say Good-bye" by Bob Rafkin
"Sunset Dream" by Chris Geith
"The Waiting Game" by CC Gilmore
"Secret Garden" by Ryan Farish
"As the Crow Flies" Steve Glotzer

Probably not the best playlist, but these are just a few of my favorite songs on TWC. I would take this any day over some of the music that's played now. Anyway, my dream playlist.  B)

I almost through "Layla" in there.

Wow, that's awesome, Martin! :) I would dream of seeing that happen. You're very fortunate they didn't postpone the launch like some people feared.

Welcome back, Patrick! We didn't burn the site down while you were gone, ha ha. I would have happily taken some of those showers. We're still in an exceptional drought in south Louisiana.
