Wish granted! The images are now in order by title on the category pages.

TWC Classics News / Re: New content management system
« on: January 17, 2011, 08:17:39 PM »I would prefer that the names of the shows and their title cards be in alphabetical order, like they were before, if that's possible.I'm actually looking into multiple sorting options. I know some people prefer having date order, so they can easily see what's new. But then there are those (like yourself) that like a more logical order, so they can easily find old content (without having to remember when it was posted).

If you see an audio clip on my site from 2000-2005 that's missing, you're welcome to it (since I'll be removing it soon)!

I haven't noticed any problems. Then again, I tend to only go in the morning.

TWC Classics News / Post 2000 playlists
« on: January 17, 2011, 10:29:22 AM »
Since Martin and friends have done such a splendid job of cataloging the playlists from 2000-2010, I will be removing mine (again) on February 1st. Seems kind of silly to have the exact same data on both sites. Not to mention that maintaining them is a real PIA.

General Weather Chat / Re: 2010 Ties 2005 For Warmest Year On Record
« on: January 17, 2011, 10:25:09 AM »Yes, they did, and that's represented on the map Martin posted with the blue as it was below normal there.Oh yah. I'm surprised the midwest is red. It certainly didn't seem above normal. We had record snows in winter and our summer was rather cool. There was hardly any days above 90, let alone 100.

If it's going to be an addition to the site and it'll allow user edits, I say give it a shot. If it works, great. If not, oh well.

Didn't Russia and Europe have major snow and cold? With the news a year ago about all the less-than-accurate weather stations, I take any "warmest on record" news with a grain of salt.

You gotta be kidding me. We certainly haven't seen record warmth here! Too bad Charles doesn't post here, he'd probably have a good laugh at that news!

OCMs & Personalities / Re: Nicole Mitchell's Last Night
« on: January 16, 2011, 12:23:29 AM »Nichole: Younger, sexier, and in my case, someone who won't cause an "incovenience" to the company by needing time off for military service. (Of course, no reason was given, but that was the only thing the NBC folks ever complained about in reference to my work performance.)That's pretty pathetic that they would complain about her military service "getting in the way." Then again, this is NBC, who owns MSNBC, which is a liberal network, of whom generally hate our military, who were in a movie with Kevin Bacon.

Wow, I totally missed that. Nice! Just hope others aren't as blind as I apparently am.

I tried that a few years ago. It failed. No one really got it. Of course, I didn't allow people to edit pages, but still.

« on: January 15, 2011, 01:08:21 PM »Still playing around with things but I did put a drop down for each site. Any thoughts Matt? It still needs tweaking but let me know if you like the ideaI don't see it, but I've found that people generally don't like drop-down menus.

If you have access to it...I always use Dreamweaver to make image maps at work. Just create a blank HTML file, add the image, select the link areas, and set the links. Then you've got the HTML.
