I'm not saying your e-mails are spam in the sense that they're junk, I mean that you're not giving people the option to bypass them and read any news items here. And I definitely call it spam when you send them out regardless of the fact that they have unchecked the options from their profile. There's no reason why you can't give people the option of not getting the emails.

Sending out e-mails to people w/out giving them an option to opt-out is spam plain and simple. I don't care if it's one message or only "important" ones. It's still spam. But that's okay, I'll just block them. If I want to hear any site news, I'll read it here when I feel like it.

I thought Coleman was dead.But the ways he said about GW is true and harsh. It's not a scam but the media is too hyped about it and the public thinks the world is coming to an end.
