Matt, whatever font you use for the logo on your forums, could you send a copy of it my way (with whatever variations you have (bold, thin, etc)), via PM? I want to start working on forum logo concepts....Ask Tyler, he does my logos.
Yeah it seems the members in TWCC are not liking the idea as opposed to hereI think only two people have voted no or unsure.
I will have to cast my vote as to no. I have several points as to why.Even though Martin has already answered your questions, I'd like to make a few points.
- Some people do not want to be engaged with conversation of current twc or older twc
- What will the solution be for administration? Will we have more admins that we would need?
How would the database be migrated / merged?- Truly, TWCT and TWCC have 2 different community types (besides the fact that one is today and one is classic)
- There can't be a specific domain name like twctodayforums.com or twcclassics.com. This means additional costs.
- Additional hosting costs
- Only one forum software type can be chosen.
- What would happen to the people that are banned at TWCC and not TWCT, or vice versa?
- In my opinion, TWCC and TWCT are two different communities, and should remain as such.
