I can understand the cuing problems, a dead battery in a remote, or even a wrong camera shot, but misspelling words, leaving out annotations (temperature maps), and the like is a bit much.  People can't be that distracted when putting it together. :(

If this is all true, I found it extremely interesting this evening (not knowing that this is her last shift), she was supposed to do one of those "quick update on the 30/00" and she was ready to go and ON CAMERA......except the entire set was dark!  You could barely see her on the right side of the screen for about five seconds as she read the teleprompter.....and then POOF....satellite local forecast and Mr. Starks until the next prgram started.

Thanks!  You have the clip as proof!!!!

It seems like computers are having trouble more often these days.

Sorry to get off topic, but that last screen shot blew me away yesterday.  I have family in and am quite familiar with the South Bend/Elkhart, Indiana area and to see South Bend achieve a record like that is phenomenal.  That record was a few weeks shy of 101 years old!  That's a lake effect band for you!

I barely remember Dale Eck. When did his on-camera term end?
Good question.  I mainly remember him as kind of a fill-in.  I thought I saw him up through the late 90s maybe?  I don't know beyond that. :dunno:

I heard Candy Dulfer's Donja (I think that is the name) at of all places McDonald's Muzak .
Network Music's Club Catamaran during a Sally Jessy Raphael show on makeovers  :thrilled:.

Other songs mostly on radio - unfortunately, I don't have a lot of jazz stations here these days .

Some things like this take time after a purchase like that.
Changes roll in at a slow pace, I guess.

The Weather Channel used to get a lot of viewers until movies, storm stories, ETC took over and they do more programing instead of weather now but i must say they have been doing better about cutting out the programing when bad weather is hitting now   :)
This was something I was glad to see.

I think I have heard the Lovergirl song.
Still, 54 is WAY too young to go, especially when there are children. :(

Is there a voice condition that makes it sound like someone needs to clear their throat ALL the time? If so Todd Santos definitely has it. It's really annoying that he cant clear his throat.
I know, that's really annoying.
I am glad I wasn't the only one not noticed that.  Don't they have cups of water handy at the desk or are there too many electronics? B)

I know Keith Westerlage, Tom Moore, and Terri Smith come to mind.  I know there are plenty more.

Samantha Mohr was hit with a screen freeze this afternoon.  She asked Ryan Goswick to kick the machine.  Computers are overworked .  It has been happening more and more recently.
