Are you asking me a question or just looking for sympathy from others here? :dunno:

I sent Matt several copied DVDs several months ago and keep wondering when he'll put them on the twc classics site. I spent a lot of time doing that and he wanted them.

I hope this is a legitimate topic.

WUWA is such a silly show. I've talked to the TV before when Stephanie Abrams is talking about other things besides weather and I said, "Just report the weather, for crying out loud!" She often gets off the subject of weather during WUWA.

But The Weather Channel was founded to be a cable network entirely devoted to weather 24/7 with periodic documentaries about certain weather topics, hurricanes, tornadoes, droughts, etc.

The difference is TWC isn't independently owned anymore,if they still were that might still be true today, but TWC/NBC/Comcast as a whole don't care about that except only when it financially suits them like it did with Isaac for example.
That's ashamed and sad. :(

WUWA is one of the best programs TWC has ever had.

WUWA is a show that wasn't meant just for weather.  It clearly has a purpose to entertain and give people something to laugh about in the morning.  Sorry, but it's just not going to change, which is why it's best to avoid complaining and stick with other more traditional segments on TWC.

The vocals do not belong on TWC as local forecast on the 8s music. Only instramental music should be featured on there.

"It Could Happen Tomorrow" is not part of TWC's long-form programming.

It is college gameday today. Who is your team? Mine is the ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE, who will take on the MICHGAN WOLVERINES tonight in Dallas (Arlington) at Cowboy Stadium.

P.S. Try to use your teams' colors or the color closest to them (if this forum does not have their exact colors) when typing their name and mascot, if anyone responds to my post.

Winter Weather / Re: 2012-2013 Winter Outlook
« on: August 30, 2012, 09:04:01 PM »
I know it's rather early still, but since it won't be but about another month or so for most weather sites to release their Winter outlooks. I figured I would start this now since Accuweather seems to be one of the earliest ones to release one. It may have been just luck but they did nail the prediction for the Southeast Region. I don't know how they verified for other regions.

I might also post a Winter Outlook, but it will be regional for now. I might work on one nationally also.

That graphic looks like an El Nino winter, which is what the Climate Prediction Center is forecasting.

Today at Disney, at Epcot, in an ice cream shop in Innoventions, at Future World, I heard "Homeward Bound" by Patrick O'Hearn. I was surprised, pleasantly surprised and happy!  :o

I am. I am actually high-functioning and my form of it is aspergers. I am on medication and have been seeing a psyciatrist since I was 7 years old. I have a pill that I take if I get upset, tense, or stressed about something.
