But it's not fair to people who don't already have a G+ account. If they already have a you tube account, they shouldn't have to add a G+ account just so they can comment.Really? I don't have to do that.If you already have a G+ account then you won't really notice any changes. If you don't, then Youtube will prompt you to make a G+ account.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed all the recent changes on You Tube with more changes yet to come? I don't like what Google is doing to the site. The most recent, you can't make comments on yt videos unless it is done on google+. I don't like this. What are your thoughts?

You're right it's worse in Mexico because of the tall mountains and the risk of floods and mudslides.

After already being hit by Manuel in the Eastern Pacific and Ingrid in the Atlantic, at least 60 people are dead. I hate to imagine what will happen if a third tropical cyclone hits that country within the span of a couple weeks.That is what was happening to Florida in 2004.
