Local Forecast / IntelliStar Latest Observations

In the past few months, I have noticed that the 4 x 4 lastest observations are back on the IntelliStar. Could someone tell me which times, this flavor is on and what time each day (Sunday through Saturday)?

I noticed that Todd Santos has been on this afternoon with Nick Walker instead of Vivian Brown. I hope she was just off or wasn't working today and not that TWC and/or NBCU is looking to get rid of her. I just cringe and get suspicious when I notice something like this.

Local Forecast / Dan Chandler's local forecast narration

Whenever, the "Almanac" page was seen on either the 3000 or 4000, which would tell you, depending on which STAR, the moon phases, the average high and low temperatures for the date, the average precipitation for the month, the sunrise and sunset times and tidal information if you're on the coast, why would his narration refer to the "Almanac" page as "special regional information"? Just curious.

I noticed that the Miami background for the Weekend/Business Travel Forecast is said to be from 1993. That was the backdrop at the time of Hurricane Andrew. IIRC, they were still using that one in early 1993, but they changed it at some point a little later that same year.

I am surprised  that nobody has mentioned in a post or opened a thread about the Casey Anthony trial and verdict. What does everyone think about the verdict of her being acquited rather than found guilty of murdering Caylee, her daughter?

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / Weather Bullitens

A couple of years ago, my local National Weather Service office issued "Significant Weather Alerts", which is just below the threshold of a Severe Thunderstorm Warning and the Significant Weather Alert message scrolled in orange at the bottom of the screen. They have since changed the name of this alert to a "Significant Weather Advisory" and this alert no longer scrolls on the bottom of the screen. Why is that and is it possible to scroll that particular alert again?

I would like to ask why so many of the local forecast videos of the 3000 and 4000 are out of Atlanta and specifically Dobbins Air Force Base? It says "Conditions at Dobbins A.F.B." on many of those local forecast videos. Would that have anything to do with the location of The Weather Channel (which is not very far from there)?

I wondered if a new banner could be made for the forums as kind of a tribute to those who have lost their lives in the recent tornado outbreak in the south. I am sure that this is the deadliest outbreak in all of our lifetimes, since the tragic death toll continues to rise.
