Then about two minutes later, the STAR presentation begins (interrupting whatever programming is on at the time). It's been out of synch before (usually by 30 seconds or so), but it has never been this bad.

It went up 25 cents overnight. Every time it gets near $3, the price inexplicably jumps. WTF?

We currently have a dusting, and may get an inch before all's said and done. Areas just east of me may get 3-6 inches of lake effect.
