As I stated in another thread, if you have a problem, get a Twitter account and tweet your complaint with a hashtag of #Comcast and some VERY good reps will help you (speaking from two experiences, with @ComcastBill and @ComcastBonnie).  Heck, they helped Ozzie Guillen today!

Edit: Just got off the phone with Comcast and they told me "we see no records of any new HD channels being added for today (4/21) sorry for the inconvenience this problem may have caused"
& get this, Why send a notification bill specifically stating HD channels would be added if it's not in the computer system? I'm flipping mad

Tip:  get a Twitter account, tweet something with a #Comcast hashtag, and they'll try and help.  I've had two problems and the Twitter people are MUCH more helpful.

Cards suck.  (Cubs fan.)  I do appreciate going 20 yesterday - Cubs play the Mets for four starting Monday.

Fun fact about that game: the closer got the win, an outfielder got the loss, and a starter got the save.

Seriously? Of course they probably thought of this. However the method they use now makes it easier on TWCs end to push advertising. Plus TWC wants to show ads to people not on the IS too. Why send ads to the IS when they are already being shown on screen for legacy STAR viewers?

Regionalized advertisement.  Not what I would do, but something that could be used in the future.

/Then you could use the space rotating with a full radar!

Exact opposite here.  Too many kids would take off for noon mass and not come back, so attendance was piss-poor the rest of the day....so they've forced it off now.  Originally it was a built-in snow day.

My parents replaced a 24 year old refrigerator and a 15 year old washer a couple weeks ago...is that good enough?

So I'm listening to Music Choice "smooth jazz" (as I do sometimes), and they play Dave Koz's "And Then I Knew" literally once an hour.  Every time I listen.  It's not even that good of a song to begin with.

Hey, for anyone that has the IntellISTAR, is the local forecast weather animations showign up in the 36 Hour Forecast? For some reason the STAR where I am isn't showing it. I hope TWC didn't plan on taking them out...

Here too.  Did they get removed when the LDLs changed?
