Last summer, an idea just popped in my head: What if all Colleges/Universities show the Satellite TWC and carry all IntelliStars modified to show the Blackbar for colleges in cities within the district?
The Dallas County Community College District serves Addison, Carrollton, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Irving, Lancaster, Mesquite, and Richardson. The Blackbars also show Airport Delays and Sunset/Sunrise info.
All blackbar emulators run on PowerPoint, and the Blackbar is courtesy of Billy Miller.
This emulator simulates the 02/24/2007 Dust storm (This is my attempt at a warning scroll in the end)

This emulator simulates a random Summer Day in 2007.

Just today when they're tracking Dolly, a TWC meteorologist said "Corpus Crispy" instead of "Corpus Christi".
