Oh, nevermind...Mystery solved. Found out that FiOS has dropped TWC. Y'all can close this topic down now.

Three days ago, I got an email from my friend Ryan saying that his DFW FiOS IntelliStar is out (see topic posted on the STAR Tech Support section)
So far, it's day 3 and the IS is still out. Out of curiosity, any FiOS customers in markets other than Dallas/Fort Worth having the same issue? And is Weatherscan still operating?

I just got an email from my friend Ryan stating that the DFW FiOS IntelliStar is currently down and only the national forecasts are shown. In the past, this IntelliStar has had timing and lagging issues. Is it possible that DFW FiOS customers are getting a new IntelliStar replacement or is it temporarily deactivated for repairs?

You were probably seeing the alternate IntelliStar as your main one could be (and was) having problems. I had this experience numerous times before.

We still don't have WeatherNation here in Dallas/Fort Worth either. Even if we do, it'll probably be carried on digital cable as WFAA-TV still as the Local AccuWeather Channel on 8.2.

"Rockit" by Herbie Hancock was played on WFAA-TV's "News 8 Daybreak" early Friday morning (Sept. 5th) as spun by local "DJ LC" at their weekly Party on the Plaza.
You'll hear it on the first 25 seconds of this video.
BTW, I was featured on that broadcast from the 5:21 mark onwards (the 2nd half of the video otherwise).

I also got Traffic info on my IS as well. The highways displayed in both directions are SH-183, SH-360, and SH-121 (also shown on DFW's FiOS IS).
