BUT IF YOU SHOWER FOR LESS THAN 10 MINUTES 3 SECONDS AND 9 MILLISECONDS YOU'LL SAVE ENOUGH WATER TO FILL UP 4.423435325235 PITCHERS OF WATER.

It's gotta work, right?

Wasn't 2000-2001 the graphics system where they showed several radar/satellite loops then the 3 Day forecasts?

I remmeber back then, there was no satellite LDL, so 5 cities showed up on the 3 day forecast, rather than 4.

And 2003/2004-2005 was when they had 2, opposed to 4.

I remember seeing my first XL on a vacation to Binghamton, NY in July of 04. I didn't know if my STAR (which was an IS) at the time, was more advanced or behind.

I remember seeing my first IS outage in April of 04. I was like "OH NO THEY GOT RID OF THE LOCAL ON THE 8s". This was when I was brand new to TWC, and I even remember Cocoon playing on this forecast. Victor, remember the satellite graphic package in early 04? I can't find any clips of it, or even that one that FS swiped on Youtube.

Oh ok.

Regarding that comment, I was talking about the Intellistar as a whole, not your videos, which are great. Just keep up the great work. Guess that's what happens when you get sick of your STAR (and the management of the STAR) after 4 years. No harm done.

On topic, am I the ONLY one who HASN'T had a problem with Comcast? We got a better package for them that costed less and we got our precious NFL Network back. Too bad the package couldn't overthrow the Intellistar. Even when our internet went down once, it was because our router died, not pointing fingers at Comcast.

VICTOR!!!!!!!!!

I was browsing your Youtube channel. Did you REALLY switch to Comcast? I"m seeing crappy Intellistar videos now.

Does that mean no more monthly playlist videos?

I'm not talking about graphical updates, physical updates to the STAR, like going from an XL to an IS.

Local Forecast / STAR Upgrading Question
« on: June 10, 2008, 08:58:52 PM »
For those who have witnessed any kind of STAR upgrade, how long does the outage last? Does it upgrade in a fingersnap or does it take a few days?

I've never seen this happen, thanks.

Mine is from the same album I think.

I'm just pointing out that the one on the playlist starts off with the drumbeats and all of that.

Don't some of the TWC songs skip some parts in the beginning?

Songs like Soon Enough (Lincoln), StringBean (Brian Hughes, although not always skipped), come to mind.

Mine wasn't either, but I really wish the satellite LF would kick in and shut up that Intellistar.

*Shakes fist on TWC for not changing Intellistar graphics*

Victor, I have an MP3 of Love of Strings on my PC. Unlike the one on the June 08 playlist, this starts out mono and then all the drumbeats come in and stuff. Check out the Love of Strings on this site and you'll know what I mean.

Love of Strings! I love that song!

I remember first hearing it on the March 2005 primetime list. It was at first the strangest song I ever listened to.

Another nitpick on weekly planner: Why are the city labels covering up a good chunk of the map?

Wow, what the hell happened to all the cities on skytracker?
