Yeah, I'm noticing a clock on the lower left hand corner of my LDL (bigger one at the moment). But it's so far down there that my TV cuts half of it off. I also notice it cycles through the 4 main time zones, oddly enough.

What type of attachments are you trying? I just tested three types of files and they worked. I use chrome too. It wasnt working before the upgrade.

Yeah, I think they are working now. I was trying a snapshot I took of the LDL messing something up. Then I tried attaching a snapshot of the error in this thread. Both are jpg files.

I had the issue with the scroll bar going up to the top while typing a reply or PM all the time. I noticed it was an error with IE 8. If you use an earlier version, or another browser, you should be fine. I changed to Google Chrome for that reason.

Anyways, is there something wrong with attachments? I keep getting this:

General Discussion / Weird laptop issues... thoughts?

Among the nearly countless other issues I've had with my laptop (that I bought last June), I'm now having some weirder ones. Last week, my computer had the notification (on the window that appears when you click on the clock) telling me that the time change was coming up and that the computer would change the time automatically. Come the time change, the computer didn't change... so I had to manually do it myself. It resets every time I restart, shut down, or close the lid to, my computer. I have two clocks on my sidebar... one displaying Eastern Time and another showing Central. But when I updated the computer's time, they both showed the same time. I also have two weather apps (one for Lansing and another for Mason) on it, in addition to stocks. But neither the stocks or weather apps are working (tells me info can't be displayed). Also, some (but not all) of my settings in Google Chrome have been mysteriously reset (homepage, amount on the top).

But this is the least of things. I can't upload anything on the internet at all. This was why I mentioned having trouble uploading material to youtube. Mysteriously, I can't upload any files on TWCT either. I can't seem to download flash either. My desktop works fine. Any ideas as to what could be happening?

I wonder what the Dust, Haze, and Smoke icons would look like on this new set...

Dust didn't exist in the 2006-2010 set, so I highly doubt it will be on this set.

Martin or Aaron- Did you happen to get that video of Stephanie showing the XL icons?

Derek, I can't seem to find it. Are you sure the XL icons made an appearance during the 9:00 hour that morning?

So, I just got back from the Haslett High School talent show... except I was not in it nor was I an audience member... I was one of 3 people manning cameras. I'm really taking an active interest in being on TV production next year (which is what viewers of the E.L. and Haslett see on TV every Friday), as weather geek sounds neato to me
We just started using the cameras yesterday in TV Media Issues, and this was a new experience for me this evening... taking direction from the director in the control booth, and maneuvering the camera. It was definitely something you need to be awake for and concentrating on...

What channel? XD Is this on my cable system as well? 0_o If so, i'll tune in.

lol, as long as you still view 22842 (only with Comcast), you can see whatever Haslett has on on Channel 22

lol, too bad the XL cues a couple seconds early, so you can't see the time change itself on the XL's clock... and my mom told me our cable was out in Lansing. For the first couple months in EDT, I always keep thinking "well, it could be 6:00 instead of 7:00..." Nonetheless, we are now in Daylight Time until November 7th!

I personally  think you need a break from uploading clips anyways. I think uploading 5 TWC clips per day is overkill imp.

I rarely ever upload that much, and everyone knows I will not have many daze like that in the future. But I have some important videos to upload now, and I can't because I keep getting an error

Hehe, I wonder whose snapshot has Grand Ledge in the LDL?

Okay, sounds good. I think for obvious reasons though, I will not be logging in here much. My only real activity the past 24 hours has just been looking through old posts from 2007 and 2008. Does anyone still have copies of the lists from 2007? They've all become corrupt. I want to reply to some of the topics, but I really shouldn't bump age old topics for menial little things like that.
