Wow, thanks for that clip Aaron. B)

Also, maybe once or twice, I have seen the HD LF come in late like how the Satellite LF does and vice versa when it ends.
lol, I pulled it since I uploaded it at a bad time. I'll reupload it later on this evening, but sure thing :)

I hope that for the midwest, it will be much warmer than last summer, where 2009 was a nothing of a summer. I hope there will be a heat wave similar to 1988 and 1995 and more recently, 2005 and 2006.
Heat wave! Whoo :P I like the heat but not the humidity
I just want it to hit 100. We haven't had triple digits here in Lansing officially since August 1, 1988... so bring it on!

Sorry for interrupting here, but Matthew just uploaded some clips of the Intellistar in Jackson... just 35 miles to my south. Odd how the ID is 22843... only one higher than my Intellistar in the E.L.

I'm glad I had to scrap my plans to go record TWC in another location over Spring Break because of my desktop computer :)

I haven't watched YWT in a while, but now I'm afraid to even take a peek based on everyone's reactions here.
It's not awful. The graphics and the tone that the OCMs seem to have during the show are a little serious for that time in the morning.

Danielle and Carl sure do seem to work well together. They were just talking about tax day, and Danielle mentioned on-air that she has yet to send in hers :P

What model cable box do you have?
Odd, it looks like it was made by Dolby. Model number RNG110. I found a port labelled "1394" on the back... which I assume is the port to which you are referring. But the problem is, how do I connect that into my tuner? After not having enough to pay for the recent upgrades to my desktop, and with the fact that we're buying a new lawn mower this morning, I don't have $200 :P

I'm sure you can but I think only for a tuner with hdmi outputs, and those tuners can be very expensive. I couldn't get twc HD clips on my tuner because the my tv gotthe HD channels via hdmi
Yeah, my tuner only has an S-Video jack and a cable input jack. Fortunately I have the option to do it the way I do now, otherwise I would have been screwed when I figured out that my HD box did not have a cable out jack. The tuner I have is completely [HD] capable... but it just doesn't have the right inputs. The last thing I can afford right now is yet another tuner, especially since they have become increasingly difficult to find since I bought the one in my desktop... but also because I'm in debt to my parents about $200 at this point.

Does anyone know how to plug in HDMI cables to a TV tuner to get as many of the HD capabilities out of my HD box as possible? From when I got that box back in February, I've had to use your typical yellow video, and red/white audio cables to connect my box to my tuner through the S-Video jack. Is it possible to buy a S-Video to HDMI converter/splitter of sorts? I'm just wondering how to get stunning [HD] like this:

I never was a fan of Steph and Mike being moved to the YWT slot. I always thought they worked perfectly in the evening, on Abrams and Bettes... where they belong imo.

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / Re: LDL Tab Bar Error
« on: April 09, 2010, 07:42:53 PM »
It's possible the errors are caused by the tornado and lightning bolt icons not existing anymore.
That's what I was starting to think too. I looked back at my recordings from that morning, and while the tab bar appeared at 5:08, the Severe Thunderstorm Watch tab did not (even though it was still effective for another hour). Perhaps this is something that should be mentioned to the STAR Team?
