Local Forecast / Re: Trammell Sightings

that song was Midnight Cruise
Thanks :)

I have always wondered what I would do (what videos I would publish, how many, etc) if a full blown Trammell outage ended up happening, and I guess now is the time I decide lol!  :bleh:

I believe there was some Trammel playing during the 4:48 and 4:58 ET LFs!

Yep! Also, here is my video of the errors at 4:28 PM EDT:

Notice a few things here:
-The wintry precip indicators have been turned on
-The clouds are frozen on the sat/rad product, with 3 frames for the radar portion of it.
-The almanac does not transition completely in, and looks funny.

Here is the 4:48 PM EDT Trammell Outage:

Sorry for the double posting, but the almanac appears fine now. Now that I look at my clip again, it looks to me like the almanac just did not transition in properly.

BTW, are the flavors returning to normal now?

Either TWC listened, or perhaps the :08/:38 LFs are one minute long outside of the AM/PM Rush?

Wow, messed up Almanac on the 4:28 PM EDT LF!
What about it was messed up?
I will upload a video of it soon. It is too difficult to describe

A K flavor at :18? Huh? Did TWC listen to us or something?
Well, things are obviously all over the place and so screwy, so I am not sure there is any answer here.......

Well, watching the 4:08 PM EDT LF, I notice that the wintry precip indicators are on the regional radar screen. That then cut to a frozen satellite image. I also see this LF is now 2 minutes.......

I would love a J Flavor in this lineup and hopefully scrap these 1 min flavors and 1:30 flavors in the near future.

Thats all we need is a 2 min and 2:30 flavor or maybe the J if there was enough time on each lf segment.
While I am in support of this move-around, I do think that there should only be one flavor. I can see why maybe the Getaway Forecast product, for example, shows normally at :38 and :08, but I think there should only be a two minute flavor. These one minute and 90 second flavors just do not seem necessary to me.

Well, the Lansing and E.L. Intellistar Units sure do try to distance themselves from each other. According to my clip of TWC from today, I see that my Intellistar here in Lansing starting acting strange as of the 9:38 AM EDT LF, and has been alternating the school day and outdoor activity forecast products all morning. I posted earlier that the E.L. Intellistar starting behaving strange (showing different flavors) as of the 11:08 AM EDT LF. I will post videos soon, as soon as I decide what to post.

I'm happy to see a new twist, actually. :)
Yeah, same here. I still don't understand why TWC is doing this though  :dunno:

Wow, new flavor at 11:18 AM EDT!   ;)

Current conditions metro map> Almanac>Metro Map Forecast> 36 Hour Fcst>Week Ahead

and to top it off, "Night WInd" by Ryan Farish, a primetime song, played!

New one minute flavor tested at 11:08 AM EDT for the E.L. Intellistar. For the first time EVER, it skipped over the radar and went right from the metro map CC to the sat/rad product! I will edit videos if my tuner worked properly today after school.
