It doesn't bother me for the most part because the more NBCU messes with TWC, the more I can lose interest in TWC and move on to other things. (which I'm having trouble doing)
Hey, you and me both! Recent changes in how I view TWC have put further stress on that issue. :offtopic:

The extra daypart just puts an extra burden as to how many songs are used, the types, etc.
It doesn't have to. The reason it does is because of how TWC/NBC is going about it.

Band for I have no idea why either... some random things just stick out in my mind (Council Bluffs IA, Bryn Athen PA, the Conshohocken Curve)

Yeah, I don't mind it either. My biggest problem really is the length of the daytime, but if they would take the start of the primetime list up to 7 ET where it belongs, then that wouldn't be an issue. It also would be a lot better if they would stop airing so many repeats.

Yeah well, I've got more recordings of it, so nanner nanner :bleh:

Anyways, can anyone tell me what this show could possibly have to do with weather?

Oh wow, can't believe I missed it. I was watching the Everybody Loves Raymond marathon on TV Land until 11:30. I had to fall asleep, since I got yet another headache. Man, I've started having those 4-6 times a week lately.

Perfect day to do some yard work, but we really shouldn't plant flowers, since we have yet another Freeze Warning for tonight. Nonetheless, my favorite phrase, "Abundant Sunshine" is on the text based for today :D

Has anyone ever seen a 1 min LF end w/ the metro map on the IS before? I ran across this video today and it seems really odd.  :noexpression:
It makes sense, actually. A 1 page bulletin and the appearance of the local radar is enough for the :59 one minute flavor to not show the week ahead (and thus end with the text based). So, I'm not surprised a 2 page bulletin (which I still have yet to see) and the local radar made that LF end with a metro forecast. Haven't seen that here though.

So I got my new router. Took me the better part of an hour to configure and get to connect properly. Had to retry it. This one was twice as much as the old one, but thankfully, I bought the warranty/replacement plan on it. That saved me $60. Still, with the replacement plan on the new one I bought, it was still $80. However, this one is a Dual-Band router, so I can send and receive files simultaneously. Neat feature, since I send and receive about 40-50 GB a month.

BTW, the wind advisory was canceled here, and I have no idea why. Wind gusts are still in excess of 40 mph and it's expected to be like that through the end of tomorrow.
I still can't understand why I never got one. I had to pick up a few small tree limbs before mowing today, and it was miserable mowing the lawn in mist and wind. We also got some sleet earlier this afternoon. It reminds me of November, which, with all these bulletins, kind of takes me back to that time. The NWS in Detroit issued a Wind Advisory for the counties to my east.
I see you still have a Red Flag Warning, Mike.
