I hope to upgrade my XP desktop to Vista soon, after getting used to it on my laptop imp.

You should, imp. Now that I am used to Vista (for almost exactly 2 years now), XP seems sort of primitive to me.

I will do my best, but I may just stick with Michigan STARs this year. As it is, I want to see a Detroit area STAR, I want to see the Mackinac Island 4000, etc, imp.

I seriously don't get as to why people start school so freakin' early. Who would want to go to school in such hot weather? Most schools in the Southeast have school starting this week. In the Northeast, most people go to school in September. I can understand going to school in the end of August but in the first week while in "full summer mode" doesn't seem right.

Agreed. IMO, all schools should start the day after Labor Day.

Agreed here too. In Michigan, it is state law now that school must start the day after Labor Day unless a contract stating otherwise is in place.
