Banned for as busy as Pennsylvania Ave gets during the day, there is not a single car that drives it during the overnite hours.

Yep, I checked for my location in downtown Lansing as well, but the only changes I noticed were the lack of a Rite Aid across the street (checking 1994 imagery) and the parking lot (as opposed to the parking garage) at Sparrow Hospital a block up.Yesterday, my Earth Science class had a Google Earth unit and we got to look at and play around with Google Earth the whole hour. I discovered that archived imagery was added. I cried when I saw my old neighborhood back in the 90's.Wow neat! Can you see archived results on Google Earth for your area too?
Here are some screenshots of the progression over the years (I've added a small red dot where my old house was located, and added arrows to the old farm house and the backhoe that destroyed the farm house there)
The final two shots are of another area near my old neighborhood with the sites highlighted
The archived data in Google Earth is one of my favorite features in Google Earth.Same here, at least now. I always liked Bing Maps 3D better since the imagery for my area is in a higher resolution and is much more recent than is the case with Google Earth, but now I am really warming up to Google Earth.
