NOWHERE it said you can UPLOAD WMG music. I know you two took the risk, but I realized that this quote made it clear.
I don't get it though, you need 3 strikes for your account to be suspended. Even though I already had one, I still needed 2 more (not just 1) to be suspended.

EDIT: It booted up!!
I've had issues with my laptop overheating as well.
