The voice that narrates those screens is highly irritating, so I never pay much mind to them. But yeah, up until recently, I hadn't seen it in quite some time.

Hmm, was another song booted out this morning? Aside from the horrific narration skipping on 22842 (barely 2 seconds of narration through the whole text based), I heard a new song that I couldn't recognize at 11:48 AM EDT. The LF started out silent, I believe.
Whenever they switch over to the Titan HD radar feed, that other song plays. Not sure what it is, might be a production piece.
Well, I'll get a clip up of it within the next 2 hours then, as soon as I get home.

Hmm, I like the regional maps on 457 better, but I like the forecast title on 1089 better. I suppose it's a toss-up lol

EDT or EST?

HiRAD has been guessing snow and wintry mix in areas as far south as Doylestown! Some of my northernmost cities on my regional map also reporting moderate snow.
Well, I haven't seen any more than light snow reported in Erie and Green Bay. No snow here yet :hmm:

Yeah, I see another 06-07 winter happening for me though. Miserable, well below average snow, and mild. Everyone else here it seems should enjoy their winter :hmm:

Finally, 22840's forecast title was changed to "Greater Lansing" after over 3 years of "Lansing Area". However, 22842, the STAR I put more emphasis on having the forecast title changed to be one that includes all areas served by it, has not been changed. It still remains "East Lansing", and I have no idea why.
If the cable headend requested the title be East Lansing, then TWC can't change it no matter what.
Well, I need the STAR team to tell me that for sure, because I notice you are speaking hypothetically.

I caught the newest updated record temp forecast
Is that just a capture from before the title and graphic had time to fade in?

Not sure what GMOTFOTW is, but definitely PPPLMHWIW hands down

"Love Theme From St Elmo's Fire" by David Foster or "Soul Finger" by the Bar-Kays (both WMG tracks)?

"Cliffs of Dover" is not one of my favorite songs on this playlist (right behind "Please Please Let Me Get What I Want" by Dream Academy

Okay, this is weird. I heard "Rainbow Seeker" by Joe Sample at 5:58 AM EDT, and "Road To Venio" at 6:58 AM EDT
