Weatherstar XLv3 Problems (Ozark, AL)

I'd recommend turning the volume up, I didn't realize I had it that low...
But here it is, though they disabled a bunch of options to make the WS crappy. Sons of  don't know what is nice here.

STAR ID: Unknown, hasn't been displayed in at least a year (ID Screen shows a dot)
Location: Ozark, AL
Provider: Cobridge/Charter
Date: 1/27/11

So, here is the issue. As you've read, my STAR ID doesn't display. The vocal local messages are being changed to lengthier narrations (like used in the Intellistar), and just a moment ago, I discovered that we're being broadcasted under a national forecast, not a local. Is this possibly a defective unit, or maybe the unit is being upgraded or replaced? Perhaps with the Intellistar 2 or IS2A?

This should bring truth to it. The ENDEC doesn't broadcast directly to the public from one's private home.

The only way an ENDEC is illegal is if you use it illegally, which means using it to broadcast fake alerts to the public (like if I recorded a zombie attack or something).

I am actually the operator of the SKYWARNAL Storm Center and I am planning on running a live feed of weather broadcasts and prerecorded programming (for the overnight hours) and then getting a Weatherstar.

I really want to use the Junior, not only due to it's inexpensiveness, but I am just very interested in that STAR. I have a question, though. How much are the current STAR's averaging right now (including Intellistar)?

I know this is an old (and I mean OLD) topic, but is this product still for sale? I'm looking around for any kind of Weatherstar or Intellistar I can buy... but I'm not having luck. This is the only thing I've come close to.

I added the degree symbol,
I didn't add the animated radar, but will in a later (or soon) update, fixed the 36hr and 4d forecast pages, and just went ahead and removed the air quality page because it is not included in the LF, at my current knowledge.
Thanks for the tips. Re-packing the Emulator and re-releasing it.
