There would be no way for this to be a new LF for everybody, because that would require all cable companies to purchase or lease a new Weather/IntelliSTAR unit, and potentially switch over to offering High-Definition broadcasting only. Small-town cable companies can't do that. You require a digital receiver box for HD, as well.

Severe Thunderstorm Warning overwhelms us... strong winds blew down some cast iron furniture and we had some horrible thunder and lightning. According to the EMA report, there were trees down and power outages (along with a 46kt recorded gust).

- Local LDL is coming back
- Newer and longer forecast flavors
- (BAD IDEA) Phasing out 4000, Jr, and XL (replacement w/Intellistar 1 or 2)
- Better LOT8's Graphics(?)
