What is the difference between DDR2 and DDR3 RAM? Best Buy wanted $51 for 2gb/DDR2 and $25 for 4gb/DDR3. Both looked to be the same size!

I especially love the part where you talk about the snow chances for Memphis. I love snow!

If you'd like, I can do a point forecast on one of my live shows - either tonight or tomorrow.

This is awesome! You sound very professional. I might look into doing this for StormChaseTN, if you don't mind.

Definitely not! I love doing this, I find it to be a nice hobby.
Also, for anyone wondering, I used a Samson C01U USB Condenser mic that I bought at Best Buy for $70. I wanted to get the Audio-Technica condenser/cardioid mic, but they didn't have it. Most of the mics are the same, no true need to pay extra money. (Unless you want a shock mount)

I had an alright Christmas (weatherwise). We had temps in the 50s and drizzle/rain all day (rather have that than nothing). I wasn't in the spirit until TODAY  :dunno:

WeatherSTAR Tech Support / STAR 31320 Regional Conditions Error

While in Dothan, STAR 31320 experienced problems the entire time I was there (about an hour) displaying the current regional conditions as some areas were improperly placed and were overlapped twice or even three times. Places found not supposed to be there are:
Ashford
Defuniak Springs
(more?)

I opened up my new iPad, a $25 iTunes gift certificate, $100 cash from my great-grandma, $100 gift card to Best Buy, a tool set, a shaving set, a new throw, and a nice bathrobe! I made out like a bandit!

Merry Christmas!

The iPad I mentioned earlier for $499 along with a case for $25. I'm not letting myself have it until Saturday or Sunday :P

I think I am going to get the wireless kb to go with it...

Ain't nothing like trying to fix your weather station at 10 o'clock at night in 30 degree weather

I tried to post last night but my internet borked on me. Another thing to fix at the same time.

I had to go out and spray lubricant all over my wind vane and flaps at night in a bad thunderstorm with 40+mph winds facing my direction, so no lubricant went into the unit, rather my face. I had to do the same another time, except there was a horrible wind storm, heavy rain, then a hard freeze. You can guess that I was out there for hours trying to free the thing and save it from complete hardware failure.
