I know this may sound crazy, but I think TWC should go into Storm Alert.

1) Dolly is a hurricane that will bring a major flooding threat to south Texas.
2) TWC went into Storm Alert for Alberto (and Ernesto too?) in 2006 which weren't nearly as bad as Dolly.
3) I really want to see HD Storm Alert with new graphics. :P

Whoa, this is absolutely crazy. :wacko: Now weather.com has switched back to the old icons.  :blink: Possibly what I saw earlier was just weather.com testing the icons to see how they would look?  :dunno:
