Silly me...I guess it would help if I checked out a page OTHER than the homepage! :wall:

But, IMO, the animated icons need some work. And, they stop animating after awhile (maybe that's OK, though).

But the snow icon is AWESOME!!! :thrilled:

Am I missing something here? :dunno: I didn't see any animated icons.

The only icons that animate are the ones for the current conditions, and they actually STOP animating after a few seconds. :hmm:

introducing the new weather.com (or part of it, it's still in the making-i believe)

http://preview.weather.com/

the homepage is the same, but when you type in a city name the pages have changed.

I'm confused. Other than the new place-name page (which isn't too impressive), the site hasn't changed at all. I was expecting an entire facelift. :(

Woke up at around 10:50 by a huge 5.9 earthquake!!! I had some frames and other things hanging on the wall falling off, and some things breaking as well. As for my family and I we're all ok.

Here's the preliminary report:

Oh my!!! :o What an awful way to wake up, but I am certainly glad you are OK, Ana. :) I guess that's one risk with living out west. :hmm:

On the current and classic music clips...

For the letter P, when you want to select just one song, ALL of the songs select, and a random song plays that wasn't what you clicked on. --> This random song is actually the song for the letter O.

Also, for the 0-9, the "Warning...Fatal Error" message comes up.

It's a miracle...A White Christmas...2 inches of snow on the ground! :thrilled:

Last night was the first measurable snow amount on Christmas Eve since records were kept starting in 1898!!!

The last LF of 2009 would be a neat idea, but that may be awfully late for some people.

currently experiencing power outages in san antonio -- the wind is ridiculous here!

The winds are crazy in Dallas too, Al.  We've had drifting and blowing snow almost all day. (But thankfully, no power outages [yet]). I'm just hoping things will be OK for the Christmas Eve services tonight.
