By the looks of the fonts and the radar image, that looks like a mock up for the squeezeback for the Istar2. I have a feeling the Istar's will be a little different. I'll see what I can find out.

For some reason, the "squeezeback" looks like something that was used on TWC awhile ago. I know it's a new concept, and the picture shows a mock-up, but the "design" just doesn't feel right to me. Hopefully TWC will come up with something that mimics the IS2, maybe even like the "LDA" (proper term?) that is on the IS2 now.

I have an issue with this schedule... There seems to be a shift issue in the program they used t obuild this schedule. First Outlook doesn't air on Sundays. I'm also noticing weather classroom and sunrise weather on Friday, which should be Sunday. I think that was done in error. Also, it seems the image has changed since you posted this, as the image does not match what you posted:

...and I'm pretty sure 8 consecutive hours of Weather Center would not be shown on Sunday of all days, either. (although, this does not appear in the schedule Jesse posted).

I'm not sure how much I can trust these schedules with the many errors. But I will say that I'm quite upset that Monday-Friday are going to become like the weekends with long-form shown more than live weather. Very upset.

FYI, you JC fans won't be able to see him on air for much longer. Due to that one storm in the east, he will doing live reports much longer.

Ana, not sure I understand your post. He's NOT going to be on air for much longer but WILL be doing live reports for longer?

I wouldn't mind it coming back. At least it pertains to weather and forecasting compared some of the more recent programming they've added (like Cantore Stories).

What is Cantore Stories even about? I have never watched it, nor do I care to.

But I don't want to see FE coming back either, although Carl would be a good host.

I can't believe TWC was the one who made this graphic (I know CSU really came up with the forecast) so early. I know that they're The Hurricane Authority and want to stir up excitement, blah, blah, but shouldn't THEY use common sense that a prediction this early is stupid and pointless?

February is my worst month. I know it's the shortest, but there is just WAY to much going on for me.

Interesting how TWC has "New Year's Eve" and "New Year's Day" as the day indicators on the Local Forecast. I'm pretty sure that was never the case on the regular IS.

Either way, I like the "old" flipbooks that are on the IS2 now instead of the cheezeballs on the IS and various maps used on TWC.

This is completely off topic (sorry), but I'm assuming the terms "flipbooks" and "icons" mean the same thing. I've just never heard the term "flipbook" before until Mark used it.

Hard to say what I think about TWC reverting back to the old schedule. On one note I like it because I usually turn on the TV and see TWC at 4pm my time, which is now the longform block. But on another note, I also turned on TWC earlier when longform was on so I don't know.
