Gordon went under some rather rapid intensification in the last several hours, with winds now at 105 mph. Not a good time to be at the Azores, that's for sure.

Accuweather has had god-awful accuracy with the Northern Plains the last several years. I noticed they said the worst of cold and winter would hit the region last winter - we had one of the driest and warmest winters on record during that time.

70 and Mostly Cloudy. Chance of storms overnight tonight before the cold front rolls through Wednesday and knocks our temperatures out.
For Thursday: High of 67 with a low of 42. If cloud cover can clear, lows in the upper 30s are not out of the question.

67 with a few clouds. A nice recovery from the low of 50 last night. Areas to our north and east saw lows in the upper 30s last night.
