I've been flipping through forecast models made by computers at the University Corporation of Atmospheric Research, and came across these three rather ominous forecasts.
This first image is 84 hours out. Notice the rather strong low in the Atlantic.

http://www.ral.ucar.edu/weather/model/gfs096hr_sfc_mslp.gifThe third image shows the low impacting New England by Tuesday.
http://www.ral.ucar.edu/weather/model/gfs108hr_sfc_mslp.gifOf course, this could be completely bogus, seeing how far out these models go, but I think you folks in New England will see some major snowfall early next week.
What do you guys think?
