currently as i am updating the configuration server and releasing a newer copy of the emulator, i am not adding new users to the system. in the mean time enjoy from the currently established user's accounts, then once i make the next release, then i will add more users.

Does that mean that current users who are participating will get a new code once the new version of the emulator is released?
