True, have to go back too 1988. 

I'm trying to remember what the winter of `88-`89 was like, but I really can't.  I remember having a blizzard in January of `89, but that was Lake Effect.  Friends of ours in Illinois (<5 miles west) got NOTHING that night.

Here's a picture I took the following morning (A SNOW DAY!  )

Nice, I don't remember that winter either.

Blacksburg has broken the $3 barrier today.  The lowest price around town is now $2.95 per gallon.

About the same in, TN.

I'm seeing some severe weather in southern Indiana this evening.  Hope you're getting some nice rainfall from this!!

Wasn't around to see what happened, but the only rain received was .13".

A record high temperature of 106 degrees was set at Evansville
Indiana today... June 30th. This breaks the old record of 100
degrees... set in 1952.

My experience with Charter they would rank #1.  Charter did nothing to upgrade this area. .  Charter was bought out by Avenuebroadband, now Avenuebroadband has been bought out by NewWave.

Dropped temps into the upper 60s and gave us 0.4" of rain.

hottest day in June...

A record high temperature of 106 degrees was set at Evansville in
today. This shatters the old record of 102 set on this date in 1936.

This also breaks the all-time hottest day in June. The previous
occurrence of 104 degrees occurred over a half a century ago... on
June 26th 1954.

I refuse to watch Hurricane Hunters because of the factor that the squadron the production crew filmed is the same squadron Nicole Mitchell is a part of, and based on what I've read and heard, NBC asked the producers not to film Nicole Mitchell. Such hatred.

Did not know that.  I definitely won't be watching now.
