I have an AMD Radeon HD7450. I've downloaded the latest package for this and it's installed on my PC, but none of the drivers have been updated. There still in 32 bit and not 64. Do I need to uninstall the old ones first and then re-install?

Received one inch of rain last-night. Hard to believe almost 16" of snow is gone and now tying records.
