Yes, but the other person is also punished for his part. With unprovoked actions, your the only one who gets banned, and there's no one to blame but yourself. Personally, my last couple of bannings I blame on Matt for having brought Felipe back in the first place. Had he not done that, there would have been no problems. No one in their right mine would believe that Felipe has changed, but for some reason Matt believed it enough to give him YET ANOTHER chance. Granted, I let him back here, but thats because he has not ahd a chance yet. AFAIC, everyone gets once chance, even him. Not three dozen chances.
Anywho, I believe you've greatly adjusted anything Matt has told you so that it leans just a little more in your favor then it was intended.
