Yeah we get the annoying tests all the time too, though technically its only supposed to be done during the wee hours. That is, if your talking about the ones that take up the entire screen, and not just the scrolling ones.

To make a very long story short, my college has some IMO stupid security measures built into the network, and you have to install some special software to access the network. My computer's OS was not compatible with that software, so I was not able to get online. I took my PC to the IT staff to work on it on Tuesday, and I still haven't gotten it back. Right now, my roommate is letting me use his computer.
I'm actually not surprised to hear this. Most college's are strictly enforcing such security measures, mainly because they are very much against the use of file sharing programs. And so in that sense what they do actually makes a bit of sense. File sharing drains alot of bandwidth-that bandwidth then is taken away from others on campus who wish to use the network. You can see where I'm going with this. Its about sharing with everybody, instead of having a few folks eat all the bandwidth with file sharing and such.

As for the new OCM, don't care. I haven't been interested in any new OCM for some time. In fact, I think the last new OCM I payed any attention to was Paul Goodloe. Since then I haven't cared one way or another about new OCM's.
