Yea, it is annoying to carry convos over.
point stated :P  (I couldn't think of anything else..its just ANNOYING)

Something thats also annoying, is when people post something like

"Jon-- check your PMs B) "  I just can't stand that... it is one of my pet peeves.  EVerytime I see a post, I want to say something..but I dont :P

Such "check your PM's" posts are vital here and in other places like us where there is no pop up or other warning to indicate that you have a message.

I agree with Stephen. We need to stop bringing up TWCC. I've edited several threads in the game room because they said such things as "from TWCC" or "like at TWCC". Stop mentioning TWCC. Nothing personal, its just that I want us to have our own individual identity, and not seem like a spinoff of TWCC or something.

I disagree with you both. I think Cheryl's voice is just fine. As opposed to the likes of say Alexandra Steele.

I hope so, but I guess only time will tell.

It's probably me, but it seems that most members here are from both forums.

Your right, and that's a problem. IT seems like everyone thinks they have an obligation to bring all my conversations over to the TWCC forum, and in some cases vice versa.

Of course not. No one ever seems to think things through very much.

I don't want that. I want this forum to be SEPERATE from TWCC. I want people to come here and find things they CAN'T find on TWCC. I mean, if you can just get everything that's here on TWCC, and vice versa, then whats the sense of being a member at both places?

You know, there's something I'm very tired of: people taking discussions from here and putting them over on the TWCC board. What the hell is the point of coming here if all our discussions are over there?  What is said here, stays here.

In a nutshell she was asked during the Ms. Teen USA Pageant to find the USA on a map, and she couldn't do it. As if that wasn't funny enough, her explanation was even worse. There are tons of videos of it on YouTube.  :D

That would be cool, though I'm not counting on it.

I like it.  It definitely fits the website.  It it a touch blurry (the "Bringing you the best of today's Weather Channel" tagline)...but that can be fixed later down the line.

I personally would have chose an IS header, but that's just my personal opinion.

The person who made the banner is making an IS one, but he gave me this XL one to hold me over until he can finish the IS one.

So did anyone hear about Ms. South Carolina's map blunder? What do you think? I personally think that, while extremely funny, its a sad reflection of the state of our society. I honestly can't say that I'm surprised at what happened. People are not as smart as they think. We'd be much better off if our intelligence was REALLY as high as our ego's like to make us think it is.
