General Discussion / O.J., Round 2
« on: September 19, 2007, 04:10:30 PM »
Surely everyone here has heard of O.J. Simpson's latest run-in with the law. Do you think he's guilty this time? If so, do you think he'll actually be FOUND guilty this time, or do you think we'll have a repeat of a decade ago?

I personally believe he's guilty. he seems to think he's above the law, but hopefully he'll be in for a rude awakening this time around.

FWIW, yes, I think he was guilty the last time around too.

Lack of contribution is part of it. But the other part of it is that, if you look throughout the site, there are actually many more current clips. I can't continue to fill the site with more current stuff, or else if and/or when I get other contributions, they won't fit. Right now, even though I'll gladly accept any contributions, I most want to find stuff from between 2000-2003. Its harder to find, and is more likely to attract people then the every day run of the mill stuff.
I just love you're constant use of expressions :D

I might have some things to contribute. Looking back, i was an idiot not to record more.

I used an expression?

Just to let you guys know, I'm also going to let Gil have another shot. Somehow I've managed to forgive him yet again (or maybe I've just lost my marbles :D).

Just to let everyone know, Dan (Concentric Eyewall) will probably be back a little later. We resolved our issues and I told him he could come back. However, Gil's permaban still stands.

Your welcome...I think....
I believe he meant to say that to me for letting him know that a thread for Toronto was created at the classics forum.

LOL, it wouldn't surprise me.

Once again, please DO NOT advertise threads from there. Thanks.

General Discussion / Re: Do/did you like School?
« on: September 17, 2007, 08:09:28 PM »
In my humble opinion, school was better in the 90's, especially the early to mid 90's. You had principals and teachers that cared. You had custodians that actually did their jobs instead of letting the school fall to the depths of hell. Problems were nipped in the bud, instead of being allowed to get out of control like they are nowadays.

And I'd say that 80% of the time it has nothing to do with you. Its not your fault.
