I spoke with the woman who is making Richard's website just a moment ago, and she told me that though they are away on vacation currently, they hop to have the site up and running by the beginning of December!

I think you hit the nail on the head Derek. It takes a great deal of patience, maturity, and responsibility. From experience, and from a guy who isn't always the most patient, I can tell you that there are days when the job is very difficult. The main reason I am able to do this is from observing how Matt ran his board. I don't know if you all have ever picked up on it, but I try to emulate Matt very much. He's a very effective administrator.

Of course, when it comes to the teeth a little oral hygiene can go a long way.
