I can guarantee you (and I know nothing about hosting) that its not a local problem, so yeah they are giving you guys a bunch of crap if that's what their telling you. But, on the same token, as a responsible webmaster Matt needs to either get to the bottom of the issue, or if HostGo can't (or won't) resolve it he needs to find a new host. Sitting around throwing insults at them on people's forums isn't getting either done.

I actually got an e-mail news release from TWC regarding this new show, but being sick and atthe same time busy with holiday stuff, I wasn't able to get the article up on the news page. I'll have to see about getting it up there now that I'm both better and unbusy now.

Some of them know quite a bit. The problem, though, is that things are very tight at TWC, so when you go there there's not much chance to explore things and learn about things.
